Tips for beer chicken and mushrooms
Did you know that beer is perfect way to add some flavour and tenderness to the chicken? Beer helps break down tough tissue, naturally tenderizing the chicken. When adding the liquid to the browned chicken pieces, don’t cover it over the skins, because you want them crispy. You can chop some mushrooms of your choice instead of using canned mushrooms. Add some cream with about 5-10 minutes from serving to thicken the sauce.
For the most tender chicken out there, add some beer. Our beer chicken and mushrooms are perfect for a whole crowd of friends and family.
