Romeo Beckham scores big Puma deal
19-year-old Romeo Beckham is following closely in his father’s footsteps after bagging a £1.2million sponsorship with Puma. His newly acquired millions have now made him a ton richer than his other three siblings Brooklyn, 22, Cruz, 16, and Harper, 10.
According to The Sun, he is now the new global face for Puma.
“He’s the richest of the Beckham brood now and like his father is on a fast track to superstardom,” a source told the publication. Before securing his new deal with Puma, Romeo was estimated to have a net worth of £3.7million ($5million) Daily Mail reports.
More big deals
Puma is reportedly not the only big brand looking to do business with David and Victoria’s oldest child. Yves Saint Laurent is reportedly also looking to get him as an ambassador.
“The future is very bright for Romeo and it won’t be long until he’s banking another million,” the source said.
Romeo currently plays football in the US but lives with his family in the UK.
Earlier this month, PUMA revealed that Romeo will wear their FUTURE Z 1.2 boots when he takes to the field with Fort Lauderdale CF.
The young star is very excited about his new deal and said that the partnership will help him better embrace his passion for fashion.
“The FUTURE Z boots match my game perfectly. I love the colours of the Under the Lights pack, which combine my passions of fashion and football,” he said.
